My name is Audrey Boeldt and I was born in El Paso, Texas where I lived until I was 5 years old. My family then moved to Alamogordo New Mexico until I was 12. It was at this point that my dad was stationed in Aviano Italy for 3 years. I love Italy, the culture, the people and especially the great food. I love to travel so traveling thru Europe was awesome; I look forward to going back some day with my husband. I moved to Mesa Arizona in 1974 and graduated from Mesa High School in 1976. My husband, Keith, and I were high school sweethearts. We have been married for 31 years have two grown children and five grandchildren which I adore.

 Keith and I started our own business a few years back called Tuff Traxx, a slot car track (my husband’s second love). We owned it for a few years and made some really good friends and had a great time doing so. Now it was my time to do something I wanted to do; only I had no idea what I wanted to do. I worked at the Tribune Newspaper for 17 years and with their big layoff I knew I needed to find or create another job. Not sure where to go or where to turn I turned it to God and prayed for guidance. We heard about a friend that had an embroidery machine and talked to him about it, I hadn't done much embroidery but I was up to the challenge. We bought the machine and software and I started the training in August 2008 and have enjoyed it ever sense. I chose a butterfly for my logo because it represent the process of starting out with just an idea for a design and it turns into an awesome embroidered shirt, hat etc. I enjoy being self-employed and look forward to growing in the embroidery industry.
